FEATURES OF THE ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY OF DEVELOPMENT BY TEACHERS OF THE ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM

Relevance of the conducted research is caused by updating of additional professional education by ideas of the humanitarian paradigm, acting as a basis of theoretical and practical support of actual level of the professional competence, assuming acceptance of a worthiness of the personality, equality of subjects of interaction, forming of the relations on the principles of dialogue and mutual responsibility, possibility of a choice of educational strategy. Features of an assessment of quality of development of the additional professional program on the example of the courses of basic professional development focused on professional development of preschool teachers in the field of psychology and pedagogical and scientific and methodical maintenance of educational process in the conditions of system updatings of Russian education are considered. Are presented system of estimated procedures on measurement of levels of professional competence of pedagogical workers of preschool education; results of research, the reason and solution of professional difficulties of students are analysed professional development.
