DEFINITION OF THE CONCEPT OF LEGAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS

This article will cover the General and particular problems of the competence approach, associated with the formation of professional competence and relevant skills in future teachers. Offers effective solutions on creation and development of competencies for professional activity in modern conditions. Examines and analyses the diversity of approaches to the question of determination of the legal competencies and ways of their formation. It is considered legal competence as complex, holistic integrative education, including the totality of knowledge, skills and personal qualities and private competencies. Conclusions are made that the competence provide the ability and willingness of entity to provide professional educational and research activities in the field of teaching, namely to pose significant goals and to plan their professional activities, creative approach to the challenges of the modern technologies and means to implement the reflection of the received results.
