The article is devoted to substantiation of the means of formation of communicative and gender competence of the future teacher. The author describes a formative experiment of using selected by the researcher most effective means on the basis of psycho-physiological, socio-cultural and pedagogical gender peculiarities of communicants, promoting creation of comfortable and successful gender interaction. Are the tools used at the first stage - organizational activity, the second - professional-technological and third - constructive-forecasting in accordance with the developed model of the investigated process, providing the formation of communicative and gender competence of future teachers in the educational process of the University (on the example of study of students of language specialties).
