TURNING MANAGEMENT IMPACTS INTO THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS

Based on the concept and principles of TQM the article discusses the need to develop the integrated mechanism of training quality management in the form of a technological chain when the activities of the teaching staff acquires concept, the «reference» points aimed at the effective result. The authors identify the main principles of quality management in education and consider the process approach as its key element. The authors also note that the presence of the direct and feedback system in quality management of specialist training should be mandatory and should be considered on different levels of the educational activities. This approach would provide comprehensive and objective assessment of the training quality. In conclusion, the authors distinguish 4 levels of educational activities: social-economic, social-pedagogical, organizational-didactic and personal-activity ones.
