Availability of the complete socio-oriented design culture will allow the graduate to work with a variety of social projects, as an employee of the company or part of the owner. Thus, in our view, is to consider the actual formation of professional competence from the perspective of the development of the socially-oriented design culture. In pursuit of a specific goal, in this case, the development of a socially oriented design culture, and, consequently, professional competence, it is necessary to create conditions favorable to the realization of this goal.
