The relevance of this study was due to the identification of design principles of learning in the new environment of information and environmental education environment (IEOS) technical college: expanding forms, means and pace of studying environmental science; providing access to a wide range of environmental information, through the use of information and communication technologies; possibility of direct communication and exchange of experience at a distance (online at the moment); increase motivation to study environmental science; concentration motivation for self-study; individual learning paths. Adherence to the principles of designing the learning process in terms IEOS will provide the planned educational outcomes - forming a qualified professional in the field of environmental protection.
