The relevance of this study was determined by identifying the role of the teacher in the new conditions of information and environmental education environment (IEOS) technical University. Analyzing the model of environmental education and the organization of training activities, it becomes obvious that the role of the teacher in the new information and environmental education environment technical University is constantly increasing, as it depends on him the main educational results in the educational process. Modern teacher must be not only a subject of the organization and knowledge transfer, but qualified “guide” in the development of educational space of the information-educational environment in a technical University. The evaluation of the role of the teacher is the “creation” of the student has not only a knowledge, but also able to carry out their professional activities competently, professionally and competently. And this goal can be achieved communicative, freely owning the new information and communications technologies, creative and versatile teacher is a professional of his difficult case.
