FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF THE UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS OF A TECHNICAL COLLEGE

The relevance of this study was caused by the contradiction between the demands of the modern labour market for engineers, bachelors and professional level of training in a technical University, and also necessity of formation of information and the environmental component of professional competence engineers, bachelors technical University and the lack of an integral system of methodological approaches, which allow to form them in conditions of a technical University. The study showed that need to be developed and theoretically substantiate the model of formation and development of information-the environmental component of professional competence of the undergraduate students of a technical College in the process of teaching the discipline “Ecology of man”; to identify and to experiment with pedagogical conditions of realization of model of the formation and development of information-the environmental component of professional competence of the undergraduate students of a technical College in the learning process. Only by changing the model of learning, perhaps to form a professional, competent, qualified engineer-bachelor in the field of environmental protection, which is sure to be in demand in the modern labour market. Implementation of the developed model of the formation and development of information-the environmental component of professional competence of students-bachelors technical University, allows to increase the motivation of the educational process and to obtain the necessary educational result.
