PSYCHOLOGICAL JUSTIFYING OF TEACHER’S ROLE IN PEDAGOGICAL CONFLICT CONTROL

The article deals with specialties of the modern educational process, conflict situations happening in educational process, effect of a pedagogical impact style on the beginning of conflicts and recommendations to solve conflicts considering specialties of students’ age and individuality. The article deals with the author’s research of conflictological competence of a school teacher. Special attention is paid to study typical conflict situations at elementary, middle and high school. Possible causes of conflicts on each age level are described in the article. The author proposes special methods of correcting behavior of a schoolchild, teenager and youth. Author also dwells upon teacher’s role in conflicts control, in organizing pedagogical maintenance of children. Pedagogical conditions necessary for forming comfortable psychological atmosphere at school class are determined.
