EDUCATION OF ABILITY TO STUDY AS THE TARGET REFERENCE POINT OF CADET EDUCATION

In article the analysis of system of cadet education in Russia is presented to XVIII - the beginning of the XX centuries. The following is distinguished from distinctive features of cadet education in XVIII - the beginning of the XX centuries and creating prerequisites to education of ability to study: a priority of individual and standard system of training, a freedom of choice of subjects and terms of their studying, versatile training, the praktiko-focused nature of training, humanistic character teaching and educational works. As the intrinsic characteristic of cadet education at the present stage its intellectual and personal orientation, priority of creation of conditions for ensuring the planned results on achievement of purposes, knowledge, abilities, skills, kompetentnost at the cadet, their intellectual development and self-improvement acts; recognition of a crucial role of education in development of the identity of the cadet. Education of ability to study in the course of cadet education is reached by realization of pedagogical, organizational and administrative, information, substantial and material resources. The analysis of experience of activity of the Orenburg presidential cadet school shows that the listed resources are higher are constantly developing that provides dynamism of process of education of ability to study at the cadet, causes his transition to more perfect state.
