DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF PRESCHOOL TEACHERS IN THE CONDITIONS OF FGOS REALIZATION

Relevance of the conducted research is caused by implementation of modernization processes in preschool education. During implementation of Federal state educational standards when value of development of the identity of the child in her identity, uniqueness, originality is especially great, the role of maintenance of actual level of professional competence of the teacher immeasurably increases. Pedagogical activity is induced and regulated by a motivational basis of the personality causing an orientation on certain objects and ways. In this regard a significant condition of maintenance of this level of competence is development of professional motivation of the teachers, carried out in the course of professional development generally at the level of knowledge, and at the level of abilities and abilities not always sufficient that demands essential changes in the organization, forms and work methods. Experience of activity on development of the considered phenomenon, realized at Institute of professional development and professional retraining of Orenburg is presented.
