HOW TO IMPLEMENT STUDENT-CENTERED ACTIVITIES TEACHER

The subject of analysis of this work is the personality-oriented activities of the teacher with her characteristic humanistic orientation, orientation towards the student’s personality, and how it is implemented. We refer to them: psycho-pedagogical knowledge (defining mental neoplasms in the individual student); the formation of a positive self-concept of the person using the phenomenon of “the effect of Pigmalion”; creating a student-centered implementation of basic operations model learner-centered education; ability to professionally-personal reflection, allowing the choice of the bases of pedagogical activity as a particular type of relationship to students and myself. Development of pedagogical education in the direction of a humanization assumes planning, the organization and realization of training of future teacher on the basis of personal the focused activity providing formation of the identity of the graduate, possessing wide cultural, scientific and professional potential.
