The subject of analysis of this work is the ability of the future teacher to professional and personal reflection, justification of the importance and necessity of the formation of this ability in the future teachers to prepare for successful implementation of pedagogical activities, shall be considered the main components of the process of professional and personal reflection, the stages in the mechanism of its manifestations in the educational system “teacher-child” through analytic attitude “I and Others”, in particular, children, the author formulates the concept of “ability to professionally-personal reflection”. Work is done to improve the teaching activities of the university teacher in terms of developing the ability of future teachers to professional and personal reflection and is designed for students, teachers pedagogical universities, training institutes educators, graduate students, teachers.
