CONTENTS AND TECHNOLOGIES OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY IN CADETS OF AVIATION TECHNICAL COLLEGE

In article the author’s treatment of the concept «professional responsibility» of aspect of training of cadets of aviation technical college as quality of the personality who is shown in ability to self-control of the work on service of the aircraft equipment differing in high-technological effectiveness, dynamism, complexity of the labor relations, and readiness to be responsible for its results is given; the structure of professional responsibility of aeromechanics consisting of motivational, cognitive, emotional and strong-willed and reflexive and activity components is allocated. The principles of selection of the contents focused on development of professional responsibility of cadets locate: immersions in aerotechnical professions, system quantization, effectiveness and efficiency of knowledge, self-control of educational professional activity. The author’s technology of the personal developing training focused on activization of subject experience of participants of educational process and development of a reflection, providing stage-by-stage formation of conscious self-control of the activity connected with professional responsibility is offered.
