POLICULTURAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT: GENESIS AND CONCEPT DEFINITION

In article authors consider relevance of development of the concept “polycultural educational environment” in the conditions of a polikulturnost and a poliparadigmalnost of modern education and need of existence of the such educational environment for the modern University of the Humanities and Social Sciences. Based on existing scientific and methodological approaches and results of numerous researches, author’s definition of the concept “polycultural educational environment”, proceeding from its genesis is offered. Authors also have revealed and have formulated features – basic signs of the modern polycultural educational environment urgent and adapted under modern conditions of modernization of professional Russian higher education and existence of the modern University of the Humanities and Social Sciences.
