PHILOSOPHY OF INTERSUBJECT RELATIONS IN A PEDAGOGIC CONSCIOUSNESS

The author’s point of view on the role of intersubject relations as a factor of overcoming the crisis in modern education is presented. In the intersubject concept of pedagogic consciousness activity, initiative, freedom in the value interaction of subjects are set up as priorities. Dialogue in the educational process is not viewed in the single paradigm of the awareness of the participants’ activity but always is presented itself as an interparadigmal reality that includes various optimal impacts on the other and interferences in his inner and spiritual world. In the publication the author’s position in regard to a dialogue as a form of intersubject relationships in the educational process is reflected. Interconnection of the dialogue’s participants in transition to the development of each of them is reflected as well. Dialogue in the inresubject space is forming that very special moral atmosphere in the context of which everyone has an opportunity to find his own way of self-actualization and search for intellectual and spiritual identity.
