USING A PROFESSIONAL - EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITIES AND E-LEARNING IN HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

The article considers the principles and experience of organization and the use of professional learning communities in the Internet and e-learning resources in the system of higher professional education. Technologies of the professional-learning communities (PLC) and webinars, are regarded as the elements of collaborative approach that reflects current trends in education. The article describes the peculiarities of the information, methodological and didactic support of the adaptive learning ways for two options: PLC and webinars (to support one of the disciplines and to accompany the training area for one or more educational programs, specialties (directions). Particular attention is paid to the information educational structure based on ning-communities. The experience of using these technologies in the system of training and professional development of teachers and in the system of higher professional education allowed formulating specific requirements for electronic educational and methodical complexes.
