This article discusses the modern school science education. To this day, remain relevant development and implementation of the environmental component of the school of natural sciences, the implementation of the humanitarian component in science education, the formation of the modern picture of the world of natural science and the scientific worldview, which can be solved in the framework of the interdisciplinary scientific field - synergy. Synergistic knowledge in education can be administered in three ways: through integrative courses at the end of the next cycle of training, the inclusion of synergistic content knowledge in particular disciplines like material illustrating the phenomenon of self-organization and implementation of ideas in education -related synergy their application to the process of learning. For this purpose built synergetic model of didactic system. Feature of this model is that the mechanism of its functioning is based on the laws and principles of self-organization theory.
