In article on the basis of the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature presents a review of Russian and foreign scientists dedicated to view the formation of self-esteem of students of the College. During training students should not only acquire knowledge, skills and practical experience, but also to evaluate its capabilities. In accordance with the purpose of formation of educational self-assessment by us conditionally allocated its components. In the article the questions of the role of self-esteem in the formation of personal and professional skills. Describes the main features of formation of self-esteem in young adulthood. Identified and justified pedagogical conditions of forming educational self-assessment, including the enrichment of the content of professional training of students. The author shows the role and possibility of formation of educational self-assessment in the educational process in the College allows the teacher to monitor the level of development of the practical experience of the student.
