The article deals with the problem of exclusion in pedagogy, in particular, the exclusion from the process of learning, their relationship to the content of schooling as imposed from the outside. As part of the solution to this problem is to create conditions for the formation of the subjectivity of the student in the learning activities and motivation in the learning process. Subjectivity is seen through greater education, based on the subjective experience of the learner. This category is now becoming increasingly important for the process of education. Describes research, which suggests the need to identify and address regional experience in the learning process and the reliance on it as necessary to overcome the exclusion of pupils from educational process. The educational process is a meeting of the two types of experience: public and private (regional). Based on the analysis of the literature highlights make up regional experience.
