STRUCTURAL MODEL OF FORMATION OF CREATIVE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A TEACHER PROFESSIONAL LEARNING

The article proves the need of creation of the model of the formation of creative professional competence of the teacher of vocational training. It describes the specificity of pedagogical creativity which is determined by the binary nature of his qualification. It presents the nature and content of the concept “creative professional competence of the teacher of professional education”. The model of formation of creative professional competence of the teacher of vocational training, which is presented as a pedagogical system that includes a number of interrelated components: goal, methodological, substantive, procedural, technological and diagnostic-effective components, is based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature.The articlepresentsmethodological approaches (systematic, synergistic, competence and activity) on which the model is based.A distinctive feature of the model is the structure of procedural and technological component, representing the strategy of development of professional creative competence of the teacher professional learning in the context of his creative self-development. Experimentally proved the effectiveness of its application in the context of University education.
