PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC STAFF IN THE CONTEXT OF CONTINUING VOCATIONAL TRAINING STAFF IN THE CONTEXT OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES

The paper considers the issue of organizational and pedagogical conditions guaranteeing the quality vocational training of students with disabilities. The author maintains that the process of students in the system of secondary vocational education should involve the affects of diagnostics, adaptation and rehabilitation. The effectiveness of the above process depends on the continuity of education based on teachers professional competence. The transition to the Federal educational standards in the system of secondary vocational education have set a task to implement the continuity of the content of vocational labour training based on module-a competence-based approach provides the ability to use knowledge, skills, personal qualities and experience in a certain professional field. Given the psychophysiological features of students with mental retardation and on the basis of standards for the results of mastering educational programs of professional training for each profession, it is necessary to simulate this process and take into account the dynamics of formation of competiti on the basis of the indicators forms and methods of control and evaluation of the professional training.
