In the presented article describes how to build a model of the formation of future bachelors of teacher education competence in the field of aesthetic education of pupils, the basis of the content which is the course “Bases of aesthetic education of pupils”. The need for this research due to the requirements for the implementation of the educational process. Modeling this process is subject to the provisions of an active, integrative, competence, context, student-oriented, systematic and ethnic pedagogical approaches. Considered in detail the structure and content of the constructed model, which includes the following interrelated components: the target unit (the social order, purpose, objectives), methodological unit (methodological approaches, principles), block (content), the process unit (organizational forms, methods, means and effective block (result). The effectiveness of mastering the future undergraduate teacher education competence in the field of aesthetic education students, organized in accordance with the proposed model identified in the course of experimental work.
