CONTEMPORARY APPROACHES TO MONITORINGTHE QUALITY OF MUSICAL EDUCATION

In the article we have done the problems estimation of the quality of musical education. Contemporary requirements for training of specialists caused changes in the content and organizations of quality control of preparation at all levels of professional musical education. This is connected with the need of changing the approaches to the estimated activity and developing the system of evaluation, maximally approximating tasks contemporary musical practice. For quality control of musical education the category of quality must be considered as the degree of the satisfaction of the expectations of participants in the educational process, the real level of the achievement of the objective and tasks; acquaintance with the innovation approaches to the content, the procedure and the technology of musical education; the mastery of the contemporary procedures of monitoring the quality of education. The significance of problem is so great that it can be considered as social order and one of the strategic tasks of domestic musical education.
