EFFICIENCY GROWTH OF FURTHER EDUCATION BY MEANS OF PEDAGOGICAL MONITORING ARRANGEMENT

The article dwells on methodological basics of arranging pedagogical monitoring in the higher school. The author points out that it is necessary to possess reliable information about the educational process in order to ensure good governance, informed decision-making to improve the efficiency of further education. Pedagogical monitoring arrangement is a complex process that involves the identification of those areas in which the system state will be analyzed; development of evaluation criteria in each direction and specification of their measurement methods; necessity to track the quality of the functioning of the educational system for each criterion and to analyze the data. The paper underlines that receipt of such management information is carried out in the process of pedagogical monitoring to identify changes in the educational system of further education, conduct their analysis and develop the ways of increasing the efficiency of the educational process.
