GENERAL THEORETICAL FEATURES OF STUDY CONCERNING PREPAREDNESS OF SPECIALISTS OF SOCIAL INSTITUTIONSFORINTERMEDIARY ACTIVITY

Being ensured by specialists of social institutions, mediationbetween people who are in difficult life situations and various organizations, establishments, social institutes of society for the purpose of representation of clients’interests and the solution of their social problems nowadays defines new requirements to social workers’ readiness to their intermediary activity. The choice of the directions to take their own efforts into, thevectordefinition of intermediary activitypurpose, its autodiagnostics, self-organization and self-control, compliance with moral ethical principles of social customer service are all cornerstone of social mediation. As the study shows (2006–2012 years), the specialists of social establishments are not adequately trained to implement their mediation at the proper level. The solution to this scientific problem is connected with the study, conducted at the process of additional professional education and concerning preparedness of specialists of social institutionsto intermediary activity.
