Given historical and pedagogical analysis of the development of professional training of teachers of initial classes in women’s gymnasiums Yakutia. Shows the dynamic development of their quantitative and qualitative level of training, the significant contribution to public education, to extend the network of schools of primary education. Progressive views and conversion manifested in the activities of women’s gymnasiums Yakutia more efficient and effective, despite strong resistance conservatism scholastic pedagogy certain historical period. Training of girls in the Yakut female gymnasium complies with the requirements for this kind of educational institutions.
