PROBLEMS OF TEACHING IN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES

In this article the problems arising in the course of teaching in a technical university in recent years are considered. The main reason is transition to a new system of higher education and the mass release of bachelors to which training the significantly smaller number of academic hours is allocated and it is marked the reduction in academic hours on special subjects at times. As in proof of this comparative data on the academic load of bachelors and specialists are given. The result of reduction of academic hours in studying the discipline “Descriptive Geometry” is shown. We present evidence that the reduction of academic hours on descriptive geometry led to a decline in the quality of education of graduates.And this occurs at a time when our country is facing the problem of high-tech enterprises, research centers that require specialists on a global scale.
