MODEL FOR IMPROVING SCHOOL OF TEACHERS’ HEALTH COMPETENCE IN THE PROCESS OF THE METHODOLOGICAL WORK IN THE PRESCHOOL INSTITUTION

In this article proved the importance of the problem, determines the decline in children’s health and readiness of teachers to implement the professional activities of health- based guidelines. Based on the theoretical analysis of the concept of preschool teachers’ health- defined competence highlighted its structural components. Considers the model of health- improving competence of teachers in the process of methodical work in preschools, including methodological , substantive, procedural and analytical score blocks. Construction of the model was consistent with the theoretical and methodological approaches that underlie research: systematic, personality-oriented, the activity , the competency and axiological . The article analyzes the results of the implementation model. Proved the effectiveness of teachers’ health- improving model competence, using statistical methods.
