ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF COMPLEX SUPPORT OF PROBATION PERIOD

The article is devoted to essential characteristics of probation period complex support. It is regarded as one of the most effective forms of further education and advanced training. The authors note that efficiency and quality of probation period is largely determined by a complex support provided by probation platform. Basic theoretical approaches to interpretation of «pedagogical support», «pedagogical assistance» are analyzed in this work for determination of essential characteristics of probation period complex support. Based on the analysis, the authors consider complex support of probation period as a set of probation platform resources (human, organizational, managerial, information, methodical, etc.). They direct at creating of conditions for a positive development of trainees’ relations (cognitive, communicative, emotional, personal) in educational process.
