This article is dedicated to the consideration of the specialized workshops, based on the principals of project learning as an effective forms of enriching the educational potential of the classical University in the process of preparation the specialists, whose competence will be demanded in the society, which exists in the “space of flows” (M.Kastelie), information, capital, technology and communications. The current demand of the present time is the creation of the creative professional, who has the “taste to the creative work” (E.Yasin) on the one hand, and the set of applied competences on the other.On the example of the preparation of bachelors of advertising and public relations the authors of the article show the advantages of educational strategies, which is based on the content of the professional occupation and realized in the forms of the specialized workshops. This workshop let the future specialists go beyond the limits of the classical University in the situation of the social uncertainty for the creative applications of their applied competences.
