WIDENING OF EDUCATIONAL CONTENT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CAREER COMPETENCE FORMATION OF STUDENTS

The article is about the actual problem of education and pedagogy. It is personality development in the context of the formation of its career competence. The author determines the changes in the educational system for the implementation of a new aim - the development of career competence of students. She also determines the changes in the content of education, educational technology and activities of the participants of the educational process. The author presents the part of the experimental work to form of career competency. This is the widening of educational content by information about modern career, career competencies, motive of career. She also presents practical results and determines perspectives of further formation of students career competence.
