Successful implementation of the tasks, due to the social policy of the government, depends on , first of all, on the quality of professional training of specialists of a new profile of social teachers, from their competence, willingness to work. The question of preparation of social teachers to socio-pedagogical work with children and teenagers in the district of the present day is one of the most important in the modern professional education. The author managed to convincingly enough to justify all the content of the article need for attention of teachers to the practical preparation of social teachers, as an important component of professional readiness of a specialist, as well as indicate the place and the role of practice in the system of preparation of social teachers to socio-pedagogical activity. Proceeding from this, the author highlighted the problem of formation of the investigated the willingness of a social teacher in the process of training in the University, and also the analysis of a set of social, socio-pedagogical and other essential elements of the parties, determining the formation of the operational and operational readiness of a social teacher during the practice in social services areas.
