RESEARCH OF MOTIVATIONAL OF FUTURE IT-SPECIALISTS TO WORK IN STRICT ENGINEERING SECTORS

Deepening of informatization processes stipulates high demand for specialists in information technology expertise who have a specific competence in the specific sector of application. An important component of this competence is a motivational focus on activities in the application sector. The paper presents methods of how this motivation can be measured and the result of measurement with these methods of students of specialization Information Systems and Technology. The factors purposeful formation of which has a positive impact on motivation of narrow professional future IT professionals: basic knowledge of the challenges and prospects of informatization of production processes in the application sector, specific plans for careers in profile sector, interest in the study of relevant disciplines.
