PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE PROBLEMS APPLIED TO STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The article substantiates the need of the bachelors’ competence of technical university of higher education in studies of sectors of the economy. Conceptions of skills and competencies were analyzed, factors were determined that exert on competence formation during the study at technical university. Problems were indicated that arise for the professors of technical university to form students competence. It’s necessary to work out the program of IBM for the calculation and selection of competencies. It’s concluded that to enhance the professional competence of graduates and employers taking into account the requirements of Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) it’s essential to develop a procedure for the formation and evaluation of competencies, to improve the scheduling algorithm training and monitoring of competence development. The analysis of this algorithm’s results will allow to edit to the organization of the learning process and improve the quality of education.
