In this article we analyze training resources in vocational education of young disabled people in Scandinavian countries. We joined technical and didactic resources in two groups and matched them to each type of disability. We investigate the influence of these resources on removing of barriers during vocational education of young disabled people, who study together with their peers. The result of the article showed that the group of technical resources is larger than the didactic ones, because technical resources make compensatory function, that is a key aspect in education of disabled. Thus, we made a conclusion, that training resources in vocational education of young disabled people in Scandinavian countries are focused on inclusive education.
