STUDYING OF SATISFACTION OF TEACHERS BY QUALITY OF TRAINING IN ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Studying of satisfaction of teachers by quality of training in additional professional education. The appeal of authors to a problem of the analysis of results of studying of satisfaction of teachers answers with quality of post-degree education to a problem of professional development of pedagogical shots taking into account the social order for educational services; corresponds to professional inquiries of teachers and considers features of training of the adults, being shown that the trainee has vocational training, a certain life and professional experience, experience of educational activity; possesses initially enough high motivation to the professional development, caused possibility of the solution of professional and personal problems; seeks for application of the received knowledge and abilities in practice of pedagogical activity; shows increased requirements to quality and results of training that provides opportunity to satisfy requirements of pedagogical community in respect of professional development, to carry out marketing of the market of professional and educational services.
