The analysis of pedagogical conditions necessary for the effective operation of the competence -oriented technology education in secondary vocational education. In identifying the pedagogical conditions were taken into account methodological and theoretical bases of pedagogical research that can be represented in the form of requirements: the conditions should ensure systematic implementation of competence- oriented learning technology, the implementation of a systematic approach, phased implementation of competence- oriented technology education in secondary vocational education should boost the learning activities students should take into account the individual characteristics of the future mid-level qualification. Identifying pedagogical conditions was consistent with the content and features of the technology, the specifics of secondary vocational education, social order of society, scientific advances in the implementation of competence -oriented learning technologies, the experience of the authors in the study area. As a result, we have identified the following pedagogical conditions : a) skills in the workplace in a corporate training center , and b ) the organization of the educational process on the basis of «E-learning»; c) the continuous monitoring of the quality of the training of students of secondary vocational education institutions.
