STRESS TOLERANCE AS A FACTOR OF STUDENTS TRAINING TO THE SOCIAL AND PEDAGOGICAL INTERACTION WITH PUPILS

As the title implies the article describes the stress tolerance as a factor of students’ training to the social and pedagogical interaction with pupils. The teacher stress tolerance is an indicator of social and pedagogical interaction that is clearly manifested in the interaction with pupils. Much attention is given to the formation of stress tolerance as an individual characteristic in the student age. The article touches upon the theoretical aspects of the stress tolerance concept and its influence on the social and pedagogical interaction with pupils. The features of stress tolerance among the students as intending teachers have been examined at the empirical level. The level of stress tolerance is interconnected with year of students as intending teachers studying, and it depends on their communication skills that has been affirmed at hypothesis. The stress tolerance is a factor of students training to the social and pedagogical interaction with pupils that necessitates to use the interactive technologies, methods and forms of training. In conclusion the author reports that research of various educational technologies and methods of students training in the pedagogical establishment of higher education revealed the most efficient among of them such as: modular training, problem training, etc.
