THE ESSENCE OF THE CONCEPT OF AN ANTI-CORRUPTION CULTURE AND ITS FUNCTIONS

The article is devoted to the problem of the youth anti-corruption culture forming. Corruption is considered one of the main problems in domestic policy of the Russian Federation, with very various manifestations found in all spheres of public life. Providing the solution of this problem for the country is an actual task. The paper presents the essence of anti-corruption culture with compound components: concepts of «corruption» and «culture». Features and functions of this culture are marked out: informative (study and explanation of the anti-corruption processes in various systems of society); regulating making it possible to compare one’s behavior with the anti-corruption legal requirements, and modeling function providing means of creating an appropriate model of anti-corruption behavior. At the same time the author’s view on the solution of the corruption problem is presented: it should be organized in educational process of educational institutions, namely by formation of youth anti-corruption culture, promoting corruption opposition.
