AXIOLOGICAL ASPECT OF ETHNIC TOLERANCE

In modern society in connection with globalization to which are peculiar openness of borders, mobility of the population, turns many countries into polycultural communities. Occurring transformations strengthen problems of interaction of representatives of the different people caused by discrepancy of moral and ethical standards, features of outlook and all that distinguishes one people from another. In communication with what need for the tolerant personality recognizing a sovereignty and value of another, his views, belief and traditions grows. That brings ethnic tolerance to new level of its understanding and understanding. Ethnic tolerance is considered as the social value of the modern world; as part of system of the valuable relations of the modern personality, allowing to govern the relations with representatives of the different people; as basic personal quality in which ideas of variety of the ethnocultural world, of system of universal and moral values, forms of behavior.
