FUNCTION AND STRUCTURE OF PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF THE SPECIALIST OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

Summarizes research on state requirements for the training of future specialists of the agricultural sector, on the basis of which the content of professional communicative competence of the expert of the agricultural sector as a result of his educational training in schools is aimed at addressing the professionally significant problems in various fields of agricultural practices his complex communicative skills. Degree of formation of professional communicative competence is reflected in the efficiency of the following manifestations of its functions to the professional activities of the agricultural sector: information, predictive, organizing, an operational. Shows the structure of professional communicative competence of the future specialist agricultural sector includes the following components: cognitive-evaluative, integrative-activity and motivational and volitional. The data obtained for the diagnosis and goal-setting in the agricultural high school teacher, as well as allow you to go on to develop technological bases of professional communication specialist training of the agricultural sector in the process of training in high school, the most of the educational environment of the university.
