CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AS A SPACE OF FORMING OF THE PROFESSIONAL WORLDVIEW

The article deals with methodologic-axiological grounds of solving the task of pedagogical support in the formation of the professional outlook during continuous professional education. The author analyzes the internal logic of evolution of the valuable world professional who is understood as a set of values. The valuable world contains the same symbol, glyph and values that are formalized in the vital experience of a person, and have a generic, mental and personal meanings. The author believes that these elements of life experience may obtain the status values under certain conditions. The logic of development of the valuable world justified to the character of development of professional relations with the world of his profession. Understanding of the nature of existence and development of values substantiates informative and technological filling axiological-oriented continuing education of professional.
