CONTRACT OF SOCIAL HIRING AND MODERN PROBLEMS OF ITS REALIZATION

In article use problems under the contract of social hiring are analyzed. Features of modern practice of implementation of such contracts are revealed. It is established that use under the contract of sub hiring is carried out by the premises provided under the contract of social hiring according to the contract of sub hiring, other regulations. The subtenant doesn’t get an independent right of use of premises. The subtenant’s duties, such how to use premises for designated purpose, to observe the rights and legitimate interests of neighbors, to support an appropriate condition of premises and others are considered and concretized. The termination or cancellation of the contract of social hiring of premises stops legal relationship of sub hiring.
