MAGISTRACY AS THE NEW FORM OF TRAINING IN THE FIELD OF THE PUBLIC AND MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION

In article training of future masters in the field of the public and municipal administration on the basis of FGBOU VPO is analyzed by “OGIM”. Pedagogical conditions of training of masters in the field professional activity on the basis of competence-based approach are revealed and theoretically proved. The analysis of the federal state educational standard of higher education in the preparation direction the Public and municipal administration (qualification (degree) the master) is submitted. Research of an order of the organization and implementation of educational activity on educational programs of the higher education - to bachelor degree programs, specialist programs, magistracy programs is conducted. The specific structure of professional competence of the master is considered, the components of the main educational program providing its formation are defined. Identification and the solution of a complex of problems at implementation of the master program became result of theoretical research of training of future masters in the field of the public and municipal administration in educational process of higher education institution.
