Nowadays modern technical education should be seen not only as an open, integrative, step, but self-developing system. The changing paradigm of education requires specialist technical profile of the new thinking, creates conditions for the improvement and individual abilities, cognitive activity of students on designing and deepening knowledge. Especially people with a strong motivation to achieve is that they are trying to find or create a situation in which could have the satisfaction of accomplishment. These are people who set their own standards for themselves to achieve, rather than relying on external stimuli, depending on the situation, and try hard to achieve these standards. It takes a person focused on achievements, is interested in not just a long, hard, painstaking work, but to work effectively, how to find the best ways to get the same results with less work, etc. not by chance noticed that the «effect» means to be active and not just be affections.
