A new model of education directed on the skills, knowledge, individual work, self-selection knowledge and the need improvement, but the high culture of a person. The leading trend in the modern preparation of the engineer is orientation to intellectual work, the development and mastering high technologies and their introduction in manufacture. The graduates of technical universities should not only to ensure the transfer of research ideas in modern technology, and in the future to introduce in manufacture. In this regard it should be noted that in the current situation of high significance of engineering profession, not only to provide technical, but also social progress of society. Development paradigm knowledge suggests that the formation and development of the occupational mobility of the future engineer will accurately reflect the reactions of all social and economic changes in society with regard to personal quality.
