FEATURES OF MANIFESTATION OF COORDINATION ABILITIES WHEN CARRYING OUT TECHNICAL AND TACTICAL ACTIONS IN JUDO

During research features of manifestation of specific coordination abilities at judoists were studied. By means of video filming with a high speed and tenzometriya the analysis of technical and tactical activity of fighters was carried out and the coordination abilities defining profitability and rationality of execution of attacking and protective actions in an antagonism with the opponent were established. It is established that for this purpose the fighter needs to be guided quickly and even quicker to react to actions of the partner and to reconstruct the actions, coordinating movements of hands and feet and differentiating spatial, power and temporary parameters, to adapt to a changing situation, and it is even better to anticipate of action of the opponent and, thus, to keep balance. Considering features of a sport where two partners interact, imitating modeling which allowed to mark out specific coordination abilities and to establish features of their manifestation in the conditions of counteraction of the opponent was applied.
