PERSONALITY VALUABLES LIKE LIFE AND PROFESSIONAL STRATEGY BASIS

This article deals with the main problem of the modern Russian society – value development of young people like life and professional strategy basis. The authors prove the necessity of its decision under the conditions of the contradictory situation in professional world and complexity of planning the professional future by the students. The analysis of current approaches in determining the nature and content of the term «value» in Russian and foreign psychology, pedagogics and sociology is presented in the article. The specific character of terms «value», «value orientation» is analyzed in the article like the part of the personality direction under the context of planning the professional career. The results of experimental research of value career strategy of the modern Russian students are given in the article. The difference of youth men and girls value career strategies is analyzed too.
