THE ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL FORM-MASTER S WORK DIRECTED TO ADOLECENTS’ REFLEXIVE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

The article represents the results of three-year experiment, organized at the secondary school of general education in Vorotynets, Nizhegorodskiy region, by the authors in 2011-2014. The aim of the experiment was to stimulate the process of self-development of adolescents in the form-master’s work through purposeful use of reflexive educational technologies and substantiation of conditions that determinate their effectiveness. The article describes the logic of pedagogical experiment, the used reflexive educational technologies directed at self-knowledge, self-appraisal and self-regulation of children and the achieved results. The rise of the level of the reflexive skills and formed motivation to self-education of the majority of students of experimental form is the main result of the work. It let us make a conclusion about the appropriateness of the advanced hypothesis – the systematic use of reflexive educational technologies by a form-master gives the opportunity to stimulate the process of self-development of adolescents in more earlier age than of their contemporaries.
